This retail space is located on the square in downtown Dawsonville, at the corner of Hwy 9 and Shoal Creek Rd. Built in the early 40's, this building served as Taft Fouts General Store for more than three decades. It was used as a grocery store through the mid 90's and is now home to The Hair BNB Lounge.

Located on the square in historic downtown Dawsonville. This newly renovated property was built in 1932 and served as Harben Bros. Service Station. Known as one of the first 24 hr. stations in America, it was a favorite stop for the moonshiners as well as the revenuers during overnight trips into Atlanta with their illegal goods. "The Station" received a major restoration in 2007 returning it to it's original condition including replica pumps and signage.
Made famous by owner Gordon Pirkle, the Pool Room offers a family atmosphere containing an interesting collection of history and memorabilia on Bill and Chase Elliott's NASCAR career and early moonshine runners. The menu includes the famous made from scratch Bully Burgers and fresh-cut fries.
